On evening and morning walks in early spring there was a mention of foxes running about. From the top of the hill out of the corner of my eye, “A Fox!” Instead I looked up and saw a field of spring grasses backlit by the setting sun. At dusk on South avenue as I stand on the road. A car zooms close by: then suddenly… Pop!

A look to the left. Pop!

The same fox looking right.

A look to the right

At dusk on the side of the road on south avenue…

Fox running off to the bushes.

I love this! It is so delightful and magical that you are sharing your encounter with the fox with us..”backlit by the setting sun.” I also appreciate the way you write “Pop!” The tone is playful and fun.
