I recently moved. The last thing I packed was a Japanese honeysuckle I had planted two years ago. I carefully pruned the plant to the approximate size of the rootball, dug it out of the planter box, and transported it in a large container for replanting. After it was replanted, I gave the honeysuckle plenty of water for a few days and installed a wire trellis.
