Haiku; over the horizon
/ disappears the silent tracks / string of satellites

Photograph; a dry and brittle green and yellow leaf stuck in snow in a bridge railing above bare branches and a creek.

Haiku; falling from trees —green / crisp and brittle one by one /cradled in the snow
